7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with GlycoMeal Premium for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we'll issue a full refund โ€” no questions asked.

What's covered

The 7-day guarantee applies to your first purchase of either the Monthly ($12.99/mo) or Annual ($99/yr) Premium plan. If you decide GlycoMeal isn't right for you within that window, just reach out and we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@glycomeal.com with the email address you used to subscribe. We typically respond within 24 hours, and refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Renewals and cancellations

The 7-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase, not to automatic renewals. For Annual subscribers, we send a reminder email 7 days before your plan renews, so you always have a chance to cancel first if you don't want to continue.

You can cancel anytime from your Customer Portal โ€” no need to email us ... Cancelling stops future billing, and you'll keep Premium access through the end of your current billing period โ€” but it doesn't trigger a refund for that period unless you're still within your original 7-day guarantee window.
